During the lockdown months in Zurich, the team at Urban Fork has taken the proactive step to plan for a successful future.

Iconica Ventures has worked closely with Mike, Nick and Elliot to reposition the gastropub during the lockdown months and develop a marketing and communication strategy for re-opening.   
As part of the strategy workshops, we commenced by creating a situational and competitive analysis.  We then focused on the strengths and USPs to differentiate Urban Fork and establish its position as THE best brunch restaurant in Zurich and favorite local hangout for the lively Kreis 5 neighborhood. 
As we redefined the menu and promotional offers, Iconica Ventures also worked with the team to establish an actionable marketing calendar with digital marketing outreach, social media posts, on-site messaging and promotions.  We also decided to promote a weekly Thursday Night Flavours event focused on craft cocktails and live DJ sets by local Zurich DJs playing funk, soul, hip hop, reggae and 80s classics.
